2. Quotes and booking requests

When you request a quote, we use the details you send to assess the scope of work and contact you with a proposed next step. That proposal isn’t a final service agreement until it’s confirmed by both sides. Simple enough, right?

  • Quotes may be based on photos, measurements, or an in-person inspection.
  • Service dates are subject to crew availability and property access.
  • We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our scope or safety standards.

3. Service conditions

Our ceramic tile and grout cleaning, restoration, and sealing services are designed for residential and commercial properties with reasonable access and safe working conditions. If the surface has hidden damage, severe staining, or prior coatings, results can vary. That’s honest, and it matters.

  • Customers should clear work areas before the appointment where possible.
  • Water, electricity, and access to the work zone must be available.
  • We may pause or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Payment, changes, and cancellation

Payment terms are confirmed before work begins or as outlined in your approved estimate. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as possible so we can reassign the slot. Last-minute changes can affect our route planning, and nobody enjoys a wasted visit. We don’t either.

If a cancellation policy is included in your quote, it applies to that booking. If there’s a mismatch between a written estimate and a phone conversation, the written estimate wins. Clear paper trail, calmer day.
